Candlewood Investors finds real estate entrepreneurs who have built great businesses with high net worth capital (for the most part), and now deserve to grow their great business with institutional capital but have no idea how to enter the institutional tent. I prep entrepreneurs and help them raise that capital. I also advise real estate technology companies on product-market fit, help them find customers, capital, board members, and joint venture partners.
