Hines France was created in 1995 by Olivoier de Dampierre (retired) and Patrick Albrand. Since then, with a team of 36 professionals, Hines France has developed, led by Patrick Bosque (partner) more than 1.2 million M2 in the Paris Region, on behalf of investors or for its own Funds. In 2013, under the supervision of Xavier Musseau (partner) Hines started an Investment Management team which manages today a portfolio of nearly 3 billion euros for its own account or for third parties.
