Nirlon Management Services (NMS) was formed in 2015, after GIC became the majority shareholder in NL, effectively making NL an asset owning entity (PropCo) and NMS becoming an OpCo. NMS provides the entire spectrum of development services from conceptualizing to execution to leasing, property mgmt, etc. NMS currently has 3 assets under its mgmt: 6.25 mn sft.
