He is a Civil Engineer with masters in Construction Management. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta specializing in Finance and Marketing, he is also a fellow of Cornell University. His core strengths lies in areas of Strategy, Innovation, Growth, Leadership, Financial planning & deal making. He is Co-Founder of COVIE Ventures.
Having two decades of industry experience working with some of the global firms, Abhishek found his passion in development and project management.

Kahraman brings 17 years of global real estate development and operations expertise. He started his career in the family real estate business in Istanbul where he was involved in the development of New Istanbul, a satellite city project, on 1.500 acres of land.
From 2009 onwards, he decided to focus and specialize on developing and operating student housing projects in Turkey and the region. In the past decade Kahraman pioneered the purpose-built student housing market in Turkey gathering together a number of institutional investors.
He was educated in Gordonstoun School, Scotland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business administration from Bryant University, Rhode Island, USA.

Ignacio is a founding partner of Momentum REIM and responsible for business development since 2008. He studied Law at ICADE and Business Administration at UNED and has a Master in SME Management from EOI and a Master in Real Estate Management from ICADE. From 2004 to 2012 he has been a Postgraduate Professor at ICADE. In 2000 he began his professional career in the RE consultancy division of Arthur Andersen, and after years of experience in the sector he held the position of CEO in Grupo Gesfesa and Deputy Managing Director in Grupo Vemusa, RE companies focused on residential and tertiary development business. MOMENTUM was born in 2008 with the conviction that the change of cycle would generate good opportunities for the RE business.

Troy Tomasik is a Managing Director for Greystar, responsible for its UK Investment business including acquisitions and portfolio management. Since joining Greystar in 2013, Troy has led the acquisition and asset management of over £4.5 billion of assets and development opportunities; including 30,000 beds of student accommodation and 2,000 residential units. Prior to joining Greystar, Troy worked in consulting with the Cadmus Group, where he focused on energy efficiency and water related issues for private and public clients. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and business management from Taylor University.

James leads the acquisition and strategic overview of development for new sites with an emphasis on innovating development models that create new fluid relationships between public and private space. These models respond to the emerging opportunity where we can socialise, consume, work, live and communicate all from the same location.
