He is a founding partner of Bullard Falla Ezcurra+ and leads the firm’s Madrid office. He is a former member of the ICC Court of Arbitration and chaired the commission that drafted the Peruvian Arbitration Act. Alfredo is a member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Vice President of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB), a board member of the Spanish and Latin American Arbitration Club (CEIA) and has participated in the IBA Task Force on Guidelines for Conflicts of Interest.
