Marco Aurélio Barcelos é Secretário de Infraestrutura e Mobilidade do Estado de Minas Gerais. Anteriormente, ocupou os cargos de Secretário de Articulação para Investimentos e Parcerias no Programa de Parcerias de Investimentos (PPI) da Presidência da República e de Diretor Jurídico na São Paulo Negócios.
