Michael Shields joined ING in May 2004 and has 25 years experience in real estate lending, asset management & restructuring. Based in London, he is currently responsible for ING REF’s EMEA lending platform – lending assets totalling over €18bn. He is also international head for Real Estate, looking after clients with a global real estate reach. Prior to his current role, he led ING REF’s highly successful U.S. lending platform which he helped grow from $200m to over $7.5bn at its peak in 2008. Before ING, Michael was an originator in BHF Capital’s U.S real estate lending team and was one of the original members of Helaba’s CRE finance team in the U.S. Michael started his banking career in Chemical Bank’s real estate group in Manhattan.

As Head of Divestments at Skanska’s commercial development unit in CEE, Adrian is responsible for sourcing buyers and conducting transaction processes in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. While working at Skanska, Adrian has divested over 40 office buildings totaling almost EUR 2 bn. He has also expanded Skanska’s clients portfolio by 15 new buyers. Moreover, Adrian was involved in the sales process of Skanska’s asset in London and Helsinki. Adrian started his professional career in 1997 at Gerald Eve International. He went on to work for Knight Frank and GE Capital Golub Real Estate. Prior to joining Skanska in 2013, he worked for Echo Investment as the director responsible for the company’s asset divestments.

Dieter Lobnig has over 20 years of international experience in consulting, supervising and effective implementation of projects. Before joining BPH Bank in 2005 as Director of the Structured Finance Department, he worked for the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi in London and Vienna and Bank Austria Creditanstalt in Vienna.

Omar Koleilat is a co-founder of the Crestyl Group. He draws up business strategy, maintains relations with investors and ensures funds. He graduated in architecture and holds the British RICS postgraduate diploma in RE investments. He has been active in the RE development in Central Europe since 1998. Thanks to him the CRESTYL group became a respected market leader with a Eur 2 billion development program, including for example lucrative and unique Savarin project.

Peter Noack is co-founder of ZEITGEIST Asset Management. Today ZEITGEIST has over 50 projects under management with a total investment volume of ca. 800 mio Euro. ZEITGEIST with offices in Prague, Warsaw and Berlin, is a Real Estate Developer and Asset Manager for private and institutional investors in Germany and Central Eastern Europe. Prior to ZEITGEIST, Peter worked in institutional real estate in Germany, Central Eastern Europe and Turkey for HOCHTIEF Development and Rödl & Partner in Germany and Czech Republic. Dorota is a Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of REINO Group (fund and investment management company based in Poland). Dorota has over 25 years of professional experience in the real estate industry working for PWC and Knight Frank in the CEE region. She advised local and international developers, global investment funds, and Polish entities in these roles. Dorota has invested and managed more than EUR 2bn of Polish real estate for various Polish and international structures. She is a Polish licensed valuer and a Member of the RICS. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and MBA from the University of Minnesota/Carlson Schoof of Management.

Dan Valenzano is Senior Partner of GREYKITE, and a member of the firm's Executive and Investment Committees. He is responsible for leading investment and portfolio management activities across GREYKITE's funds. Dan was previously a Managing Director and Head of European Value-Add Transactions at PATRIZIA, and served on the Management Committee of PATRIZIA’s global real estate business. Prior to joining PATRIZIA, Dan was a Principal at TPG in the European real estate group, leading several platform investments across various asset classes. Dan previously worked as an Investment Manager at Benson Elliot Capital Management, and he began his career in the Real Estate & Leisure investment banking group at UBS in London. Dan holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a M.Sc. in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, where he currently serves as the real estate industry advisor to the Saïd Business School.

Dobrin Staikov serves as MD of Capital Markets at Lion's Head. Prior to this, he joined AG Capital’s executive team in July 2016 after over 12 years at EBRD in London. At EBRD he developed the bank's distressed asset & non-performing loan financing and investing practice and enhanced the private-equity type business in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Turkey, and North Africa. He was also part of the Deutsche Bank (London) Emerging Markets Structuring team with a focus on the CEE region. He has been a board member of equity investee companies across CEE and Turkey. He holds MBA from INSEAD and is chartered certified accountant in the UK (ACCA).

Hubert has been involved in the real estate market for over 20 years.
