Javier García-Carranza is currently Global Head of Wealth Management & Insurance Division of Banco Santander. He joined Grupo Santander in 2016, previously he was at Morgan Stanley London during 17 years, working on the principal real estate fund (MSREF) and Special Situation fund and on investment banking being Co-Head of European Real Estate Investment Banking for EMEA and advising in M&A, IPO and financing transactions in Europe and Middle East.

Víctor Ausín Rodríguez is the Director General of Economic Policy at the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Enterprise of Spain. He leads the formulation of economic policies to foster a competitive business environment. A Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, he joined the Corps of State Trade and Economic Technicians in 2016. Before his current role, he served as Director General of Macroeconomic Analysis and Deputy Director General of Economic Forecasting. He also worked as a financial consultant at KPMG, specializing in regulation and efficiency in the financial sector.
