Adnan has been with Delancey since March 2008, and is focused on investments and acquisitions, corporate finance matters, underwriting, monitoring returns, financings and disposals. He has worked on several transactions at Delancey including the acquisition of the Athlete’s Village at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in joint venture with Qatari Diar, the take private of Minerva plc and the acquisition of Barwood Logistics. He is also involved in establishing new joint ventures, partnerships and investor relations.
