Delphine Benchétrit founded Finae with Michaela Robert in 2010, establishing the profession of real estate financing consultant in France. Prior to this, Delphine set up, as an Executive Director, Lehman Brother’s French real estate department. Before this, Delphine has gained an extensive experience of the French real estate market for 15 years, working as an investor within the Affine Group and as a banker at KBC Bank and Natixis. Delphine originated and syndicated over Euro 5 billion senior debt and more than 400 million mezzanine/acquisition debt. She also executed circa 15 equity deals in all asset classes for investment funds, listed and non-listed real estate companies as well as family offices.
