Alessio Lucentini joined EQT Partners in September 2019. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Alessio was Country Team Head and Managing Director of AXA Real Estate Investment Managers in Italy. Alessio was responsible for managing the Italian office and investments in the Italian market, increasing the portfolio and covering all asset classes, Prior to that Alessio held asset management and financial analyst positions at AIG/Lincoln and American JV, developing multi-classes real-estate projects. Alessio started his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in the valuation team, analysing single assets and portfolios in all Italian territory. Alessio holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, Italy.

Antonio has been working for almost 30 years in the RE market for both Italian and foreign banks. Antonio is a Teaching Fellow at SDA Bocconi School of Management and member of RICS. Following a law degree in 1989, he gained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at MIP, School of Management Politecnico di Milano. He is coauthor of three books on property finance: “Finanziamento Immobiliare” ( Egea, Milan 2010), “Property Finance – An international approach” (Wiley, London 2015) and “Property Finance – An International Approach” – Chinese Edition in Chinese Language – (China Citic Press, 2017)

From 2009 to December 2023, he was Managing Director of Risanamento S.p.A, a property and development Company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, with €1 billion of Assets Under Management and CEO of all the subsidiaries of the Group. As CEO of the subsidiaries, he sold assets for € 3.0 billion: Paris properties’portfolio for €1,5 billion, a prestigious building in New York for €0,3 billion and other Italian assets for €1,2 billion.

Previously, Mauro was MD at Morgan Stanley, where he served as Country Head for the RE investment activity in Italy as well as portfolio manager for a large pan-european RE fund. Prior to that, Mauro was Director at London-based Curzon Global Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition and asset management operations in Italy.

Roberto also completed the Executive MBA at the Erasmus Business School in Rotterdam.
