Omar el Glaoui is Managing Director and Co-Head of the EMEA Real Estate Finance business at Citigroup, focusing on origination, structuring and distribution of senior and mezzanine debt Over an 18 year career in commercial property finance, Omar has expertise in loan underwriting, distressed acquisitions, mezzanine / equity investments, CMBS bond trading and underwriting & risk management across Europe and all traditional and operating asset classes. He joined Citi in 2014, and prior to that was with J.P. Morgan in London where he started his career in 2005.

Clark Coffee is the Chief Investment Officer and Head of European Commercial Real Estate Debt at AllianceBernstein (AB). His previous business, Lacarne Capital, was acquired by AB in 2020 to establish the firm’s real estate debt business in Europe. Previously, Coffee was head of Tyndaris Real Estate, where he was responsible for building the business into a top-10 real estate debt fund in Europe. Prior to that, he co-headed origination for Deutsche Bank’s European commercial real estate credit business and oversaw the risk management and restructuring of more than €2 billion of troubled loans during the global financial crisis.

Hal Shaw is a Partner at KSL Capital Partners where he serves as Head of European Capital Solutions and is based out of London. Hal joined KSL in 2007 as a Summer Associate with the Private Equity Team. Nicole Jürgensen joined commercial real estate lender Rheinhyp in late 1998 and started her career in the International Property Lending Department, covering Spain. Michael Shields joined ING in May 2004 and has 25 years experience in real estate lending, asset management & restructuring. Based in London, he is currently responsible for ING REF’s EMEA lending platform – lending assets totalling over €18bn. He is also international head for Real Estate, looking after clients with a global real estate reach. Prior to his current role, he led ING REF’s highly successful U.S. lending platform which he helped grow from $200m to over $7.5bn at its peak in 2008. Meenal Devani is President and CIO of Aprirose REIM. Aprirose has £1.5bn of assets under management and invests in real estate across Europe with a strong focus on the UK. Aprirose is active across all sectors and has significant holdings in PRS, hotels and alternatives. Meenal was previously at KKR & Mckenzie. KKR is a global private equity business with $5bn of assets under management in real estate. At KKR, Meenal was head of European hotels and UK real estate. Prior to that, she was Investment Director at London & Regional Properties for seven years. Anders currently leads the European real estate team at SVP, having built the team and deployed over €400 million since joining. Before SVP, he headed the CRE special situations at Deutsche Bank, where they invested in CRE secured NPLs. Anders began his career at HSBC Bank Canada, moved to London in 2011 to work in the investment bank, and joined Deutsche Bank in 2013. Anders is originally from Toronto, Canada, with a bachelor's degree in history and economics from the University of British Columbia.
