Hal Shaw is a Partner at KSL Capital Partners where he serves as Head of European Capital Solutions and
is based out of London. Hal joined KSL in 2007 as a Summer Associate with the Private Equity Team.
During his time at KSL, Hal has invested across the capital structure ranging from senior and mezzanine
debt originations to acquisitions and has played a lead role in the formation and subsequent growth of
KSL’s Capital Solutions strategies. Hal is a member of KSL’s Equity Investment Committee, Credit
Investment Committee and Tactical Opportunities Investment Committee.
Ryan is CIO and Head of Europe of Trinity Investments. Mr. Donn is responsible for leading Trinity’s transactional activity, including due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Donn worked for Hotel Capital Advisers, Inc., Lehman Brothers, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a former instructor of New York University’s graduate hospitality program.

Dan is the Head of Debt Investment at Tristan. Prior to joining Tristan in 2021, Dan was Managing Director in the Debt & Special Situations team at LaSalle Investment Management where he was responsible for originating and executing transactions for the LaSalle Real Estate Debt Strategies fund series and several separate account mandates encompassing development finance, whole loan lending and special situations. During his time at LaSalle, Dan was directly responsible for transactions representing over €1.4bn of lending and was fund manager for the Special Situations program.

She started her real estate career at the global architectural firm Design International. She is a MRICS Chartered Surveyor and holds a Master’s Degree in Hotel Real Estate Finance from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, NY, when she completed a rotational programme at Marriott International’s US HQs.
Jill is currently building True North Management, a next-gen real estate platform creating a better way of living for today, tomorrow and the day after. Prior to that, Jill was the Chief Investment Officer at The Collective and was a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Prior to The Collective, she worked as Investment Director for Greystar Europe, where she sourced and managed a £1bn + student housing portfolio, and also in charge of the company’s Asia growth strategy and investor relationships. Jill received her Bachelor of Economics from Peking University, China and MBA from Harvard Business School, United States.
As Head of International Expansion, Ricky Bichel is responsible for the strategic development of limehome's portfolio, including internationalization and business model diversification. He is also responsible for marketing activities to increase brand awareness and has been instrumental in the expansion in the DACH region and especially the Benelux countries. Ricky has in-depth experience in real estate transactions and investments and can demonstrate several years of practice in leading global real estate consulting firms.
