Previously, he dedicated seven years at Ivanhoé Cambridge (CDPQ), one of the largest institutional Real Estate investors in the world, where he led the portfolio and operations in Latin America. Before that, he spent over 12 years managing Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs) at renowned institutions such as Brazilian Capital and BTG Pactual, playing a key role in the development of the REIT and CRI industries in Brazil. Adriano holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a degree in administration from the Escola de Adminstracao Maua.
