Delphine Benchétrit founded Finae with Michaela Robert in 2010, establishing the profession of real estate financing consultant in France. Prior to this, Delphine set up, as an Executive Director, Lehman Brother’s French real estate department. Before this, Delphine has gained an extensive experience of the French real estate market for 15 years, working as an investor within the Affine Group and as a banker at KBC Bank and Natixis. Delphine originated and syndicated over Euro 5 billion senior debt and more than 400 million mezzanine/acquisition debt. She also executed circa 15 equity deals in all asset classes for investment funds, listed and non-listed real estate companies as well as family offices.

Following a decade of experience in the real estate financing sector, Katja (Ekaterina) Pazelskaya became a managing partner at Blue Tagus, co-founded by her in 2013. In her role, she has been focused on translating investment strategies into tailor-made real estate investment programmes that work in geography-specific context. Next to that, Katja manages acquisitions, as well as creates real estate products adequate to the economic and market cycle. Before co-founding Blue Tagus, Katja had extensive experience in structuring and placement of funding and capital solutions for real estate loans portfolio. She was an Executive Director at ABN AMRO (Amsterdam / London) , overseeing a €120 billion real estate loan book.

Ms. Stamate-Rocha joined Patron in 2011, with responsibilities in deal sourcing, execution, structuring, financing, due diligence and asset management of healthcare related investment opportunities. Irina was involved in the investments of Gracewell Healthcare, Badby Park and Hamberley Development. Prior to joining Patron, she worked in investment banking at Rothschild, Macquarie Capital Advisers and Fortis Bank (Brussels). Her experience includes the origination and execution of transactions for private equity and infrastructure funds.
