Biography
Diogo is Head of Infrastructure and Regulated Markets for Latin America for EY . Used to be Special Secretary for Privatization, Divestment and Markets at the Ministry of Economy, member of the BNDES 'fiscal council and chairman of the board of directors of ABGF - Brazilian Agency for the Management of Guarantee and Guarantee Funds. He was a full member of the FGTS board of trustees and a full member of COFIEX - External Financing Commission, until August 2020. Mechanical engineer, master in public administration at Harvard University and PhD in engineering at USP. Before joining the government, in January 2019, Diogo was a leading partner in government and regulation of KPMG's infrastructure in Brazil.
