Biography
Graduated at PUC-Rio University as Civil Production Engineer, Guilherme Lencastre has extensive experience in the electric power sector. Working in the ENEL group since 1998, the executive became, in April 2021, the Chairman of the Board of ENEL Brasil and its Distribution Companies. During the previous two and a half years, Guilherme has held the position of Infrastructure and Network Director responsible for the company's Electric Distribution Business. Before that, he also held other positions, such as Infrastructure and Network Business Development Director for the Americas Region, President and Finance Director of the group's Generation Business in Brazil. Currently Guilherme is also a Board member of Abradee and ONS.
