Guilherme atua no setor de energia desde 2004, com foco em trading e transações comerciais. Gerencia o desenvolvimento de novos projetos de energia desde 2016, principalmente no que diz respeito ao fornecimento de energia, gestão de riscos e aspectos regulatórios.
Formou-se em Engenharia Química pela FURB e possui MBA em Finanças, Auditoria e Controladoria pela Fundação Getulio Vargas.
