Biography
Colombian, he has been working at CAF for 13 years in key positions as Principal Executive of Social Development, Senior Executive and then Director of Social Development Projects in the Southern Region. Prior to this, he held important positions in different ministries of Colombia, such as Finance and Public Credit, National Education and Economic Development. He also worked in the National Planning Department, the Bogotá Department of Finance and the Nova Scotia Health Department in Canada. Physicist and civil engineer from the University of Los Andes, Bogotá, with a master's degree in Public Administration from the Dalhousie University-School of Management of the School of Public Administration in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
