Biography
Marcelo Guaranys é um servidor público da carreira. Auditor Federal de Finanças e Controle da Secretaria do Tesouro Nacional do Ministério da Fazenda. Possui graduação em Economia pela UnB e em Direito pelo Centro Universitário de Brasília. Ele é Especialista em Direito Econômico pela FGV e possui mestrado em Direito Público também pela Universidade de Brasília. Durante sua carreira, trabalhou com concorrência e regulação de serviços públicos e infraestrutura no Ministério da Fazenda e na Casa da Civil da Presidência da República. Atuou como Diretor de Regulação Econômica, Diretor-Presidente da ANAC e Subchefe de Análise e Acompanhamento de Políticas Governamentais da Casa Civil.
