Biography
Chen is the Chief Investment Officer for China and is responsible for the coordination of acquisition and disposition activity across the region. Chen also leads the China Equity Capital Markets team in fundraising efforts, joint venture opportunities and portfolio management in China. Chen was responsible for the launch of the firm’s RMB fund platform. Prior to TS, Chen worked at CBRE Global Investors, Lehman Brothers and Paul Hastings. He has extensive experience in capital markets, equity investment, senior and mezzanine debt financing, pre-IPO financing and asset management. He holds a BA in law from Nanjing University and an MS in economic law from both Martin Luther University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
