Casaviva Incorporadora e Construtora
  Fundada em 2018, a Casaviva, pelos sócios Eduardo Leite, Jaime Fleshan e Roberto Matos, atua no mercado de habitações populares, em especial no Minha Casa Minha Vida, na Região Metropolitana de São Paulo. Em pouco mais de 3 anos, lançamos com sucesso mais de duas mil unidades e atualmente, mais de 1.200 estão em plena construção, testemunhando nosso compromisso em entregar projetos de qualidade. Em 2023 pretende lançar mais de 1800 unidades em 2 projetos na zona Sul de São Paulo.
