Biography
André possui quase 20 anos de experiência nos mercados financeiro e imobiliário. Em 1992, iniciou sua carreira na Holding do Banco Icatu acompanhando diversos investimentos do grupo. Entre 2001 e 2005, foi CFO da Atlântica Residencial, incorporadora focada em projetos residenciais para as classes média e baixa, com US$50mm de capital comprometido dos sócios Icatu, Prudential, GIC e CDP Capital. Em 2005, ingressou na Brazilian Finance & Real Estate (BFRE), como CFO e DRI da holding, e como diretor financeiro da Brazilian Securities, ficando até 2010, tendo trabalhado em diversas operações estruturadas de CRIs e FIIs. Atuou ativamente nos processos de IPO e PP da BFRE. Em Janeiro de 2011, ingressou na área imobiliária da Plural Capital.
