Biography
• 18 years of experience in large financial (Banco do Brasil), digital (Google; Silo Digital Intelligence; Jogajá), insurtech (Minuto Seguros) and real state (Partage) companies;
• Structured and managed companies' digital transformation and innovation, from hiring and developing teams, through suppliers;
• Co-founded and acted as CEO of a digital intelligence agency for 6 years, directly responsible for P&L, strategic planning, hiring and developing people until sold it to a holding (ECI Group);
• Has been using innovation and digital marketing techniques, in order to create and increase brand awareness and sales for large companies in Brazil and abroad (AOC, Banco24Horas, Syngenta, Tokio Marine Insurance Company, Partage, JogaJá etc.).

Partage operates in the development and management of shopping malls and Triple A real estate developments. It was created in 1997 and, since then, has been exploring Brazil to transform cities and people.
