Biography
Nascido no Rio de Janeiro em 14 de novembro de 1969, o prefeito Eduardo da Costa Paes é formado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, com especialização em Políticas Públicas e Governo pela UFRJ.
Desde 1993, Paes tem dedicado sua carreira ao serviço público, quando foi designado Subprefeito da Barra e Jacarepaguá.
No ano de 2020 Eduardo Paes foi vitorioso ao se candidatar à Prefeitura do Rio e em janeiro de 2021 tomou posse para administrar a cidade do Rio pela terceira vez.
