Biography
João Sampaio Vianna, president of Ipanema Investments is a member of the Advisory Board of CEBRI (Brazilian Center for International Relations), which brings together some of the largest companies in Brazil, and has extensive experience in attracting international investments (FDI) to the country. He has been acting in particular and since 2002 in Sino-Brazilian relations, having already negotiated with 08 of the 50 largest Chinese companies, working on the formation of Joint Ventures, SPEs, FDI, M&A, among others. Was an equity partner of one the largest Chinese automakers. Founding Partner of Ipanema Live, a company specializing in high profitability investments with financial and patrimonial protection in the real estate auction market
Ipanema Live is a company specialized in the distressed real estate market and is based on the constant creation of value for its investors, making investments with absolute legal and financial security of the capital invested. Its partners achieved 585 distressed real estate operations, BRL 356 millions raised and BRL 650 millions os sales, generating a 49%+ yield per year.
