Leila Jacy se uniu à Tishman Speyer em 2015 e é responsável pelas atividades da empresa no Brasil nas áreas de desenvolvimento e negocios. Antes de sua função atual, Leila ocupou vários cargos na equipe da empresa no Brasil, incluindo a gestão das aquisições da região e os esforços de locação, liderando os grupos de desenvolvimento residencial e comercial, antes passou 12 anos trabalhando no ramo de incorporação, onde gerenciou projetos comerciais e residenciais de grande escala no Brasil. Ela é bacharel em relações públicas pelo Centro Universitário Sant´Anna e possui especialização em mercado imobiliário pela Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
