Biography
Rafael Felix Cohen, brasileiro, casado, natural do Rio de Janeiro, arquiteto urbanista formado pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro em 1980. Fundou a CIAC arquitetura e construções em 1987 aonde atuou até dezembro de 2012, na área de estruturação, incorporação e execução de obras de obras. Ocupou a Vice presidência do Seconci Rio de 2002 a 2006. Esteve a frente da Secretaria de Obras de Itaboraí/Rj de janeiro a outubro de 2013. Fundou a Smartbox Brasil, empresa de self storage com duas unidades em funcionamento no Rio de Janeiro. Assumiu a presidência da Asbrass em setembro de 2018.
