Rufino Pizarro, diretor no Grupo Sendas, é formado em Engenharia Elétrica pela UFRJ e tem pós-graduação em Gestão Imobiliária pelo IAG da PUC-RJ e em Shopping Center pela FGV/Abrasce. Atua com foco na locação do portfólio dos imóveis e das participações em shoppings da companhia, sendo o responsável pelos resultados e pela otimização do retorno sobre o investimento. Determina os processos para maximizar as receitas, passando por reformas, alterações no mix de locatários, redução de ociosidade e aquisição de propriedades adjacentes, entre outras ações.
