Alan is a founder director of Generation Estates which specialises in the development and operation of purpose built student accommodation in London. Since 2003,Generation Estates has been involved in the development of in excess of 5,000 student bed spaces and the creation of two London focussed student platforms, Nido student Living with Blackstone and more recently Pure Student Living with Carlyle. Pure Student Living has a current portfolio of c.2,200 rooms and has become established as a market leader in the sector.
