Alejandro has 20+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and RE management. He has worked in Procter & Gamble, Merrill Lynch Investment Banking and KPMG Corporate Finance.
He earned a BA in Business from CUNEF (Madrid) and an MBA from Columbia Business School (New York)

His passion for real estate began with projects in Brazil, Canada and Argentina working as CFO of a development company. Since 2016, he is focused on the local Spanish market and advised Round Hill Capital on the acquisition, positioning and sale of the first phases of Palo Alto Marbella.

He advised special situations fund VGO Capital Partners in the acquisition of NPLs within the Aifos bankruptcy collateralized by hotel properties in Puerto Banús and also advised VGO in the acquisition of the Duquesa New Golf sector. As asset manager for VGO, he has coordinated repossessions, advanced in the urban planning processes and advised on strategic options for the assets.

He worked with Norwegian company Ambera in the conceptual design and pre-marketing of lifestyle real estate products targeted to active adult communities (AACs). As a result, he co-founded Silver Spring to focus on AACs in Coastal locations in Spain targeting foreign customers. In May 2024, Silver Spring became the Senior Living division of Adapta Socios, a developer and operator of flex living projects. Alejandro became Director of Business Development of Adapta Socios.
We manage investments in the Flex Living and Healthcare sectors. We are promoters/developers and operators in these sectors, which allows us to make the complete process of the investment: from the origination of the opportunity, development, start-up and divestment if it is the objective. We are specialists in Madrid and Malaga Real Estate.
