Andreas Ewald is the Founder and Managing Partner of the worldwide operating hotel consulting practice of Engel & Völkers. He has more than 25 years of hospitality and real estate experience. In his professional career he has been responsible for structuring large Pan-European real estate portfolio transactions with a transaction volume of more than EUR 15bn.

Andreas Ewald is specialized in the organization of acquisitions and sales of hotel assets, portfolios and operating platforms. Furthermore, his expertise lies in valuations including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, operator and investor searches as well as management and lease contract negotiations. In addition, he provides independent business reviews, highest- and best-use analyses, feasibility studies and investment analyses for hospitality developments and properties. His clients are composed of international investment funds, private equity firms, financing institutions as well as private and institutional investors.
