Biography
Barbara Wojdełko is CEO of Greenman Poland, leading a 16-strong team based in Warsaw. Before her appointment as CEO, Barbara was managing partner of Newbridge Poland Sp. z o.o., managing the company’s finance, operations and acquisitions since 2015. She has over a decade’s worth of real estate experience and was previously an analyst for a warehouse developer active in the CEE region. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a magister degree in Corporate Finance.
Greenman Poland, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, is an asset manager and developer in the convenience retail sector, focused on the acquisition, management and development of food anchored retail parks and shopping centres. Greenman Poland has 150 million EURO assets under management, comprising of retail parks and shopping centres totalling 87,000 sqm. The assets are anchored by leading European retailers including Carrefour, Rossmann, JYSK, Pepco and Spar.
