- Since April 2015, Borja has been responsible for institutional relations, business origination and business development of PATRIZIA in Spain and Portugal Borja is a member of PATRIZIA European Investment Committee Country Head for Spain and Portugal. Managing Director at Patrizia. Responsible for Asset Management of c. €1.0 bn real estate portfolio in Iberia. -Since 2012, he has been at IEB as Professor - Master in Stock Markets and Financial Markets - During 2012 until 2015, he was at KMPG Spain as Director M&A for the Real Estate industry. - During 4 years, Borja was CEO- General Director at Sotogrande, a real estate company focused in luxury residential developments.
