Charles Malpass Advises national and international clients on UK and European real estate finance transactions, including commercial real estate lending, commercial mortgage-backed securities and residential mortgage-backed securities and restructuring. Charles handles complex transactions that are often international in nature, and has worked on deals in Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Russia, the Middle East, the United States and the UK.
