Biography
Darragh Gogarty is the CEO of DINAMIK, a fund and corporate service provider, and is currently working closely with colleagues and shareholders to implement their growth plans alternative investment services space. Darragh started his career and spent 9 years at Greenman where he was leading the Fund Services Team. In this role he was responsible for the management of Greenman’s cross-border activities to ensure on-going compliance with home and member state regulatory regimes.
DINAMIK
DINAMIK is part of the Greenman Group and is a specialist Alternative Investment Services provider, supporting investment and asset managers with their real estate, private equity and private debt strategies. The services include administrative, transfer agency, company register, corporate secretarial, governance solutions, regulatory reporting and other ancillary services to alternative investment funds and investment vehicles incorporated in Luxembourg.
