Dave is responsible for EQT Exeter's Investments & Developments covering the DACH and NL regions. Originally from Dublin, Dave has invested over €10 billion throughout his 15 years in the residential real estate sector and has has held senior positions in acquisition and asset management for Heimstaden. Round Hill Capital as well as Phoenix Spree Deutschland.
