Biography
Starting from January 2024, he has been appointed CEO of Costim Group, an industrial group focused on real estate development and on general contracting, with real estate developments amounting to around 800 millions and a turnover of 400 millions. From 2009 to December 2023, he was Managing Director of Risanamento S.p.A, a property and development Company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, with €1 billion of Assets Under Management and CEO of all the subsidiaries of the Group. As CEO of the subsidiaries, he sold assets for € 3.0 billion: Paris properties’portfolio for €1,5 billion, a prestigious building in New York for €0,3 billion and other Italian assets for €1,2 billion.

COSTIM is a Real Estate Developer with a pipeline of urban regeneration projects for approximately 800 million euros of investments. The Costim Group is made up of 5 companies, for a total turnover of approximately 300 million euros in the sectors of construction, facility management and asset management, it offers cutting-edge technical solutions for the transformation of urban areas through digitalization and always maintaining sustainability.
