Biography

Janusz advises international and domestic corporates, investors and developers on major real estate transactions in Poland and CEE. The transactions on which he has advised include acquisitions (including portfolio transactions and sale and leasebacks), joint venture structures for real estate investments, property development, lease agreements (including for build-to-suit projects). He has extensive knowledge of all asset classes. Janusz has been regularly recommended by the most prominent legal directories such as Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000 for his real estate work. He is a member of the firm’s CEE desk.
