Jeroen van Gils is Development Director Europe at BWH Hotels, bringing over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in commercial roles. Throughout his career, Jeroen has developed a strong reputation for his strategic insight and ability to drive business growth. Prior to joining BWH Hotels, he held various positions at ACCOR Hotels, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of multiple properties. In his most recent role at ACCOR, Jeroen was responsible for the commercial management of Novotel and Mercure Amsterdam City, where he successfully led initiatives to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
