Biography
Jose is leading the international growth for Smartrental. We are a group of hospitality and living brands leading the spanish market for hospitality (hostel, hotels, serviced apartments) and living (coliving, senior and student housing). Currently, we operate +4.000 beds.
He has also undertaken several business projects in the hospitality area. International MBA and Real Estate program at Instituto de Empresa business school in Madrid.

SmartRental leads the Spanish market for hospitality (hostel, hotels, serviced apartments) and living (coliving, senior and student housing). Our pipeline between signed and live units is c. +4.000 beds and just announced +300M€ fund to develop the living and hospitality verticals in Iberia. Internationally, we are focused on the following markets: France, Italy, Greece, Portugal
