Biography
Kenji Takagi is a Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance at DBS Bank. Kenji’s primarily oversees the origination and management of senior real estate loan, particularly to Asian connectivity clients/investors. He has over 23 years of experience in structured finance including over 17 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate lending, and has previously held senior positions at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG.
