Biography
Radek founded and runs several real estate a development, finance and investment business in the Czech Republic. Grafton / Halcyon is and has been a partner, owner and developer of various residential, industrial and logistics project across the Czech Republic, totalling over 500 000 GFA. The firm has partnered and works with various local and international developers and investors such as Garbe, BHM Group, Getberg and many others. The firm is currently in construction on cca. 400 residential units with a several additional hundreds in the pipeline and preparation of its own land portfolio. Initially, the firm work as a placement, financing and capital markets agent for various developers across CEE, today it focuses on it's own projects.
Based in between Prague and London, Halcyon Capital Partners represents private and institutional investors as well as leading CEE based real estate developers. The Halcyon team has participated in a principal or advisory capacity on transactions in excess of $2 billion in the region.
