Biography
Dr. Simon Kempf is co-founder of DLE Group AG and Managing Partner of DLE Land Development GmbH. As Managing Partner, he leads the land development team and is responsible for the portfolio transactions and asset management. He was previously a Director for Savills Corporate Finance and holds a double degree in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the European Business School (EBS) and the University of Hong Kong (HKU).

DLE Logistics is a specialized fund initiator and advisor for light industrial and logistics real estate assets in Germany. DLE Logistics focuses on the acquisition of mid-size light industrial and value add logistics assets at competitive prices and leasing them back for stable returns.
