Biography
Thibaut is an investment Banking expert starting his career working for Naxicap Partners, focused on small and mid-cap LBO investments. He joined CBRE Global Investors in 2007 where he first served in the acquisition team working on value-added transactions across continental Europe. In 2009 he joined the risk management team and then participated in the setting-up of the financing department in charge of debt raising and loan’s book management (up to €2bn debt commitment). Thibaut joined DekaBank in 2011 to reinforce the origination team in Paris following domestic and international clients. Since then he has arranged over €2bn senior loans. He is graduated from Toulouse Business School and a degree of Financial Engineering from EM Lyon.
Tristan Capital Partners is an employee-controlled London-headquartered investment management boutique specialising in real estate investment strategies across the UK and Continental Europe. Tristan’s pan-European real estate funds include core-plus, value-added/opportunistic and debt investment strategies with total assets under management of over €13 billion.
