Biography
Thomas Lloyd-Jones has over 20 years’ advisory and investment experience focusing on alternative investments. Tom co-founded Zenzic Capital, a leading provider of real estate credit, in 2013 with Nadine Buckland. Over the past decade, Zenzic has advised on over $2bn of transactions across asset-backed sectors. Zenzic Capital provides a range of structured financing solutions to match the needs of borrowers. Investment strategies include opportunistic credit and development finance. Prior to founding Zenzic, Tom held roles at Macfarlanes and EY, advising private equity and credit funds on transactions and fund formation. Thomas holds a law degree from Cambridge University.
Zenzic offers flexible funding solutions from £1m up to £50m across the UK and throughout Western Europe. In all cases, we seek to be the partner of choice for real estate developers and work with them in maximising the value of their assets and driving future growth.
