Biography
Zinaida Onczay-Vojnar joined Considero Investments as partner and head of real estate in early 2018 , after her role at HB Reavis Group as International business development director and numerous other senior positions. Considero, a boutique corporate finance, investment banking advisory and investor, builds and expands the real estate activities via Zinaida's 18+ years experience and international network in the industry. She focuses on evaluating new business and investment opportunities, executing mandates and transactions, sourcing funding for specific real estate projects, mainly in Hungary but also internationally. The Partners also invest their own capital in selective M&A deals and certain tech startups.
