Biography
Danilo is an Economist graduated from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and specialization at Columbia Business School Global Banking Program: Fintech, Digital and Analytics, has experience in financial and capital markets and has a portfolio manager authorization by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). He is CEO of EXPEER, a P2P Lending Fintech which links real estate sector to investors. He is also founding partner and executive director of Paramis Capital, a company which structured approximately R$ 1.2 billion in various real estate operations, such as RMBS, corporate bonds and equity structures. He has worked at the Bank of New York Mellon, leading the structuring of funds, including receivables funds (FIDC), private equity funds (FIP) and venture capital funds (FMIEE). He was part of the BNY Mellon compliance team and also worked for ANDIMA (now ANBIMA) and CERJ Foundation.
Through its more than 13 years in the market, the Paramis Capital has been responsible for more than R$ 2 billions in several financial transactions in RE, such as CRIs, debêntures, FII and Equity.
