Biography
Aseem heads transactions and operations pan-India for Interglobe Real Estate Ventures. Before he joined Interglobe, Aseem worked with the Xander Group and was a senior member of the India investment team. He headed the firm’s Delhi office and focussed on residential, office and hospitality investments across India. Aseem has sourced deals, structured transactions, conducted financial and legal negotiations, identified and mitigated risks, handled developer and intermediary relationships and led due diligence teams to successfully close several acquisitions.
