Biography
Aseem is currently the director at Varde partners. Before he joined Varde, he worked with Interglobe, the Xander Group and was a senior member of the India investment team. He headed the firm’s Delhi office and focussed on residential, office and hospitality investments across India. Aseem has sourced deals, structured transactions, conducted financial and legal negotiations, identified and mitigated risks, handled developer and intermediary relationships and led due diligence teams to successfully close several acquisitions.
