He has more than 21 years’ experience across India, Dubai and Oman. He has had exposure to diverse fields and environments in real estate industry involving residential township development, mixed use development, commercial development, malls, Infotech parks and IT buildings, multi-storied residential towers, infrastructure projects and government funded projects and lately in development of industrial and logistics parks. He is responsible for spearheading Hiranandani Group’s confident foray into the Industrial and Logistics vertical. With a substantial consolidated land bank of 600+ acres across major Indian cities, the Group under the brand name of Greenbase Industrial Park has initiated development to deliver 13.8 million square feet of Grade A industrial and logistics space areas across Pune, Panvel, Nashik, Ahemdabad, Chennai, Kolkata & Bhiwandi. In his earlier assignment at IndoSpace, he was part of the core team and responsible for setting up the design and development team and later moving to a more strategic role in the leasing team and helping to lease more than 12 million square feet of industrial and logistics space pan India.
